Onderdelen.autos is operated by MeetAds, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 77643771. MeetAds is the data controller for the personal data processed via the onderdelen.autos website.

Search queries you enter (licence plate, OEM number, or free text) and licence-plate lookups performed via the RDW (the Dutch vehicle authority) to show parts that fit.

When you submit a request, we process your email address, your description, and your contact preferences. You receive a one-time verification link by email to confirm your request.

We also process emails you send us and technical data such as your IP address, server logs, and cookies. You can browse without an account.

We use your data to provide the search and aggregation service, route requests to matching sellers, secure the website and prevent abuse, and improve the service.

The legal bases are the performance of the service and our legitimate interest. We only place analytics cookies with your consent.

We use functional cookies required for the website to work, and analytics cookies to measure usage and improve the service. Analytics cookies are placed with consent. We do not use third-party advertising tracking.

When you submit a request, we share it with sellers who have a matching part; they receive your request and contact details so they can respond.

To run the service we use processors for hosting and infrastructure, search infrastructure, and email delivery, and we perform licence-plate lookups with the RDW. These processors operate under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and delete them afterwards. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging. Cookies have their own lifetimes.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. You can exercise these rights via info@onderdelen.autos.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
